Clone Conjuration has been in Stadium since it launched. It took people weeks and weeks to even realize it was semi-decent.
If Kiriko is truly carrying with that build, you have options to deal with her. Go for more poke/DoT-oriented builds, the clone will always default to heal people if they have even a point of Life missing. You can also just kill the clone.
Compare to Mercy’s Threads of Fate. Mercy gets 50% more value from her Caduceus Staff and all related items/powers. Clone Conjuration is ~75% more value on Kiriko’s weapons, but gets cut short if you kill the clone, potentially zero value, AND she has to burn her escape to create it. High risk should have high reward.
