You get out of Ana what you put into her. If you’re trash, you’re really trash. Getting forced to use Nade on yourself because your positioning is poor is terrible. Getting forced to use it on a Tank or DPS because you couldn’t hit enough shots to keep them up normally is terrible. If you refuse to see her weaknesses, and the skill required to make her effective, then I wish you good luck in countering her. Because you won’t with that attitude.
By that logic, Ana too needs to be nerfed because she’s even more of a must pick than dva.
If we’re nerfing dva, we need to nerf all the other must picks too. The more pickrate you got, the harder the nerf should be.
This is the blizzard balance philosophy and ana is no exempt from this.
D.Va’s nerf wasn’t because she was a must-pick
but because her 3 second boosters invalidated some heroes and made her almost impossible to kill

DVa was actually oppressive, in away she could pretty much do her job without being contested.
Ana has enough counterplay, that’s why she doesn’t get touched.
What counterplay does anti-heal have? Just don’t get hit 4head? Run 4 second matrix and more barriers than is healthy? Pretend you got experimental Zarya on live team? Maybe your team should never get out of spawn and especially never try to contest enemy team on a chokepoint.

Anti heal is strong in death ball meta, weak in a dive meta, don’t see a need for a nerf, it’s part of deathball

There, I made it bit less simple. Anti-nade is not difficult to chuck around into a pile of enemy team, especially for it’s fight winning impact.

Bad tanks, bad positioning
All those top 500 and owl level tanks are just garbage mrite? Can’t avoid 4 meter splash radius projectile that can be chucked past their shields and matrix, so bad.
Anti-heal only gets better at high ranks.
If Ana can just chuck in a nade without skill, then the enemy allowed it.
If enemy team, tank has good positiong and are aware it’s so much harder, especially when Dva and Zarya are Meta. DVa can nom nade and Zarya cleans
If you want to stop ana from chucking a nade, you’re gonna have to get past her team, the peels, the healpacks and map geometry she can huddle behind first. There’s a reason she doesn’t die very often, she’s not easily accessible unlike other healers. However her grenade is not restricted by map ceiling either, unlike other impactful utility like immortality field, so her nade can be thrown as high as you please to bypass map restructions.
Elite players love Ana so she’ll probably remain virtually unchanged ad infinitum

Basically what I said that her not being in the fight but being able to do everything from a safe distance gives her an advantage. But it does mean that she’s free to chuck around nades and the only ways enemies can counter is by having Dva eat it, as one barrier is not sufficient. But nobody in top 500 eats say, ML7’s anti-heals consistently.
Nobody is able to consistently stop Ana from lobbing out anti-heal one after another. Not the pros and not the ladder people. And it’s broken, because anti-heal cripples everything in a massive splash radius. And the only counter to it’s effect is a single target bubble.
98%th is skewed because it’s so very few player, you can check top 20 of each support and you see the same death

According to your post, OWL stats doesn’t matter for ranked and it seems you despise OWL
OWL has proper teamplay and coordination, this means that it’s easier to be consistent with nade and getting value out of nade. (see setup and follow up)
Thus not directly comparable with ladderplay
Things are actually supposed to happen. The game would be horrendously boring if it was purely defensive, or if a perfect parry always existed.
Unsurprisingly, purely defensive or defensively leaning characters are the ones that cause the most issues, regardless of if they’re a support or not. Almost no one ever complained about Zen being permanently meta through all of dive and goats, nor does Lucio particularly bother anyone. Compare that to the likes of Dva and Brig.
