Been meaning to have a look at it, your thread reminded me. From the trailer it looks like a higher Rez version of TF2 with a worse art style. Really cartoony.
If u need a good fps try Siege or CSGO

According to Ghostcrawler on twitter its gameplay is more like cs:go
Project A closed beta comes out November 2020, open beta Dec 2020, and release planned for Feb 1st 2021

Its trolling of sorts to be honest. We should all go bomb the Project A forums with inane questions too.
Pretty sure he meant visually. It was pretty obvious it was a CS clone from the gameplay.
Actualy overwatch seem to be more tf2 like than project A from my perspective, but what i can know

Why you would want to play a worse version of a game like CS:GO I do not know
It is that’s why these catcalls for it destroying OW are specious - sure, we’ll lose some folks, naturally, but its far from an “OW killer” except for the kids at the bus stop wanting to talk about the latest game over Capri Suns.
It doesn’t look very good to me honestly. I don’t feel like the hero/skills thing works well with the Counter Strike formula in which you can get killed by a single shot and most of the gameplay is about hugging corners and firing at them. It seems like skills will be very limited similar to Apex or maybe even more so.

I like that its gonna reward higher skill gameplay supposedly. I cant do overwatch anymore with how its been managed and balanced to favor casuals lol.
Well they’re different subgenres. Hero shooters like OW and Paladins will always have shields and CC and non-aim dependant characters.
Tactical FPS like Project A and R6 Siege will always be primarily high skill
Overwatch could have abilities tgat arent complete ez mode but the playerbase didnt want to get better so here we are, just tired of it. When i started pre moira it was worth still trying to get better.
