It always says 19 hours left no matter what time I log in to the game
There is no fixed time where dailies reset for everyone. Every player is on their own timer.
It will always reset 20 hours after you log in, after the previous reset.
So if your first login is at 10:00pm, then it resets at 6:00pm day 2 and if you log in at 6:00pm on day 2, then it will be 2:00pm on day 3. However you then log in at 5:00pm on day 3, then it will reset at 1:00pm on day 4.
Bit convoluted, but hope it makes sense.

It depends. A 20-hour timer starts when you log in, where you can complete the quests.
If you complete the quest before midnight, you can get midnight the new daily quests and another 20-hour timer starts.
If you does not complete the quests before midnight, the new quests come when the timer runs out or when the next midnight cycle hits.
Midnight/new day has nothing to do with the timer as far as I know.
It’s only on a 20 hour timer and nothing else.
If someone were to first log in at 2:00AM, the new dailies would start at 10:00pm the same day.
Thank you! I understood don’t worry. It’s a bit weird that it isn’t treated the same as weekly quests or the way any other game does daily quests/missions. At least now I know how it works though.
