Well he’s a low pickrate hero so probably 2024 when Blizzard remember he exists.

Our lord and saviour Bastion will return on the 25th. We must have patience for a little longer

Our next patch is coming on October 25, and a it addresses the issues with Bastion and Torbjörn. Both heroes are expected to return to the game with this patch.
