When are we going to get what we payed for?

I bought the Battle for Azeroth digital deluxe and I still don’t have the Tracer emotes unlocked for Xbox One. This is aimed at you Overwatch developers. The unlock message says “Unlocked with purchase of World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth collector’s edition or digital deluxe edition.” You’re not cheating us multi platform players out of our money, are you?

Have you linked your battlenet account and your Xbox One account?

Yes, I have. That was the first thought I had as it makes the most sense. A GM said I had to speak with the Devs through the forums or twitter to resolve the issue, so here I am.

Did you go to your connected accounts page and click the

“Redeem Digital Goodies” button?

There’s nothing in ether my general gift tab, or the Overwatch gift tab.

If it doesn’t work, then make a ticket with Blizzard.

The button should be visible in the connected accounts tab of your battlenet account

I already did, but I was shot down because this was for the PC platform, but the Xbox One and I can assume the PS4 client has a message on how to unlock the content… it’s truly depressing.

You too eh? Sorry to hear that. Hopefully someone in development sees this and ether gives us what we payed for, or at least corrects the clients to avoid this situation.

My accounts are already connected. You can actually confirm this on your end by viewing my profile.

Yeah I checked that and saw they were all linked.

However following that link - under the ‘Xbox LIVE’ tab there should be a button prompting you to “Claim Digital Goodies” which would then redeem any outstanding goodies (such as Overwatch Upgrades or BFA Pre-Purchase) to go straight to your Xbox Live account :slight_smile:

It’s not there, I even Ctrl+C > Ctrl+ F > Ctrl+V “Claim Digital Goodies” and checked the Games & Codes / Transaction History.

When you’ve linked it here, have you logged back into your Xbox LIVE to authorise the link?

I just disconnected and than reconnected the accounts just to make sure. Nothings changed.

A wild shot. Have you tried connecting them via your Xbox? If this is possible.

While in the game, open the main menu and choose Link Account.
Note: This will temporarily disconnect you from Overwatch while you link your accounts.

Choose Log In and fill in all necessary information. Choose Create Free Account if you don’t have a Blizzard account.

After your accounts are connected, choose Return to Connected Accounts.

Select the Redeem Digital Goodies button to claim your in-game goodies on your Blizzard account.
Note: In-game goodies can only be claimed once, and cannot be undone.

Got these directions from a forum support agent response in another forum. So should hopefully work.
