Roadhog (favorite character) - least favorite legendary is Sharkbait, though I think all of his are really good; I personally use Islander the most
Ana (least favorite character) - Captain Amari is the best legendary

Anyway, for me…
Favorite char + least fav skin = Tracer: The anniversary skin. I can’t remember the name, but she looks pregnant and like she bought her clothes at the Goodwill.
Least fav char + fav skin = Junkrat: Dr. Junkenstein. So perfect. XD
I hate the Young Genji skin for Genji. Sparrow is fine but the color palette that was chosen for Hanzo’s and Genji’s alternate skins is just bad.
Favorite Character Mercy. I absolutely hate the devil and imp skins for her. I think they are the worst skins in this game. Least favorite character Hanzo his best skin is probably Kabuki.

Favorite character: Mercy. I hate her Imp/Devil skins.
Least favorite character: Genji. I love the Blackwatch skin. I think it’s one of the best in the game.

that being said, I adore all the heroes-- I feel dirty saying hog is my least favorite.
I HATE Djinnyatta.
And, uh… I don’t like any of Doomfist’s skins… but he looks nice in the Dynasty League skin. Especially one with the golden weapon on.

Favourite: Ana, I overall dislike the Wadjet skin. It’s color pallete isn’t great compared to Wasteland.
Least Favourite: Torbjorn, I love a lot of his skins, but Jolly Old Saint Torbjorn takes the cake for me.
My least favorite skin for McCree is Gambler, and my favorite skin for Pharah is probably Asp.
Favorite: Zen. Not a fan of any of the non-event legendaries but maybe Djinnyatta wins for the ugliest one?
Least favorite: Brigitte. Mechanic. She has pretty great skins to be honest.
Tracer don’t have bad skins.
Best one is graffiti

My least favorite Mercy skin is Combat Medic Ziegler. Imp/Devil are saved by their unique voiceline that I hope is also being given back to Mercy.
My favorite Doomfist skin is…nothing. I just hate them all lol
