Sort-of piggybacking off Shoegazer’s elo post.
Intriguing stuff, what hero do y’all have the most success on? What can you attribute that to?
The amount of playtime matters a lot for context. For example, I had a 100% winrate that last played I comp in S6 with Illari. … but I only played 7 games with her 
I’ll start. My highest winrate is at 60% with Illari and Brig, but I only have about 40-50 hours on them. I typically only pick them in the right comps/maps that are favorable to them, so it makes sense to me that their winrate is a little inflated.
My winrate I’m most pleased with is Sig. 100-ish hours played with a winrate of 57%. Some of it has to do with Sig being the best designed solo tank for Ow2 (imo), but I attribute most of it to my getting really good at pacing his cd’s, and understanding how to play at his optimal range. I could write a novel about it but I’ll stop there.

Technically it’s Zarya at 81%, but I’ve only played her in seven games since OW2 released. That outlier aside, Lúcio and Torb are tied at 62%.
Since I foresee a “lowest winrate” version in the future, my lowest is Doomfist at a big fat goose egg.
EDIT: If I switch over to console (which is all my OW1 stats, I swapped to pc for OW2), I’m rocking an 87% on Ball. However, I don’t remember ever playing Ball, so next is Bap at 84%, but that’s also suspect. After those outliers, it’s Torb and Zarya at 68%.

My lowest has gotta be Sombra, no question. I would be surprised if its above 40%. I’m not very good with her, and rarely play her outside of trolling widow / seperating from a team that is feeding their butts off.

Sombra is bottom 5 for me at 34%.

I’ve been talking about total career winrate.
But dealers choice, highlight whichever you wish, its all good
My highest winrate is 70% on Junker Queen, though I only have 3hrs of total playtime on her so that’s quite misleading.
I do also have a 70% winrate on Mauga, whom I do actually play (30hrs of total playtime so far). I attribute my success with him mostly to just him being very strong (at least I think he is? Though I haven’t really kept up with balance stuff so I’m not certiain), but also to my 6 years of experience being a Bastion main in OW1. And also all my playtime on Heavy in TF2, and Gunner in DRG. If there’s one thing I’m any good at in fps games, it’s miniguns :p
As for other heroes, I have an above 50% on almost all of them, except Mercy, Winston & Widowmaker who are all tied at 49%, and lastly Symmetra at 46%.

Mau has been pretty up and down in terms of balance and patches, but overall mostly up.
I agree he’s quite strong, but your experience brrr-brrr’ing definitely has pushed your winrate up.
If i was better at toggling his cannons I’d like him more. I just can’t get the hang of using his mini-guns properly

Mauga, Wrecking Ball, Lifeweaver and Venture are very close to each other on the list. None of them are characters i rarely play and already have a long playtime with Venture as well.

I’m just gonna say my support because I don’t play either of the other roles enough these days for the numbers to be accurate
My Kiri winrate was at like 60% last time I looked

Reaper and torbjörn. 68-67%
Reaper played for 6 hours and torb for 2.
From my supports, baptiste. 60% but played for 3 hours.
These are only my qp play times and %'s
Then again… 87 hours on mercy and 53%
Zenyatta 15 hours and the same 53%
All the tanks i play have 49 - 51%
Accross all time and all modes. My lowest winrates are on mauga echo and winston.
48 - 54%
My highest is on Hanzo on 87% but all of that was way before his first rework.
Somehow the cowboy, junkrat and genji are next with 84, 83 and 82%
These numbers are so inflated from all the vs ai i did that the quickplay % are closer to the truth. And the fact that my aim has deteoriorated something fierce.

#2 Sojourn 47% 25 hours
Every other hero higher is below 1 hour play time so you can hardly count that (comp only)

Brig at 70% or something silly like that but I only play her when she’s required.

Gonna be honest, wasn’t expecting Weaver’s name to come up here at all. That’s interesting to me. Do you solo-que with him? Intriguing indeed

It varies from account to account but my highest on all of them is soldier roughly 500hours played and like 70% wr.
Followed by torb(300hrs) and sojourn (500ish hrs) both at 65% wr.
On tanks easily orisa and Mauga both like 100hrs and 60-70% wr.
Lowest wr with most hours played is Reinhardt just 50% wr and 350hrs
