I’ll absolutely get more, probably before the end of next season. I’m not going to let my competitive points cap out! For who? Uh… good question. I’ll probably make an impulse decision when I’m at 5990 competitive points.
I got 9, one for every tank plus Brigette… I stopped playing competitive the day I earned the 9th one lmao.
4 (Junk, Mercy, Dva, Sym)
I rarely play comp nowadays (only placements) so I’m not planning on getting another gold gun anytime soon. I kinda want to save up comp points for OW2 so I can get it for a new hero I might really like.
Mercy, Ana, Hanzo, Winston, Zarya. I have enough points to buy a sixth, but no idea who I would pick since I pretty much play Ana and Hanzo these days, and I only really play other chars if they’ve been locked already or in very specific situations.
Got 20 of them myself – but I’ve played since release… not hard to acquire when there’s literally nothing else to spend competitive points on.
I can’t be bothered to list all the heroes, they are spread between all roles.
Why would you not acquire another gold gun? There’s literally nothing else to do with competitive points. I can tell you I unlocked Torb’s this season just for fun.
Jeff Kaplan (for what it’s worth, I know he left) said that competitive points/gold guns would not be a design they’d carry over into OW2.

Minority Opinion here: Golden Guns are UGLY. I could buy 15 or so at this point, but I don’t because they don’t look good IMO.
They only look good on some skins imo

Almost all of them. It would be quicker to list the ones I don’t have and that’s a small list but I can’t even remember off the top of my head. I’ve played tons of comp but the golden guns are kinda ugly imo so I don’t use them.
1 for D.Va but I got that twice.
I hate comp so I only got myself to get that one.
If I could get myself to play more Comp I would love to get Brigs and Ashes golden Guns. And Maybe Hanzo in that order.

Yes i’m planning on getting all golden weapons with every hero in the game and i’m pretty close at doing so, i recently got pharahs golden as well like a few days ago 
The only heroes i have left are:
Baptiste
Doomfist
Lucio
Reinhardt
Hammond
So it’s not really that many left 
Ehm i don’t think jeff ever said that tho? I only think he said he regret making golden weapons a thing not that they would stop creating them?
And who knows what will happen now with him out of the picture.
Plus every achievement you’ve made in ow1 will be carried over to ow2 so all your golden weapons will be in ow2 as well, and i think it would just be weird if they completely stopped creating golden weapons for heroes but then you’re left with the old golden for the heroes you already got it with in ow1.
For me it doesn’t make sense to remove them and stop creating them.
