i think shadder2k’s accuracy was 32% or 30. When it comes to genji, accuracy really isn’t something of importance.
Depends how you play him. Mine is incredibly low but I am never not pressing left or right mouse button.
You could target a bit better and increase that but applying constant pressure I find works better.
Just like Hanzo, I wouldn’t look too much into weapon accuracy.
Instead look at final blows, Elina per life etc to judge yourself

29%. Sometimes I ask myself “what are you aimimg aaaaat”.
I don’t play gengu a lot because my weapon accuracy is very low.

I know. But the problem is that I only aim at the tanks (no spam) because DPS are hard to aim with left click.
