Ok, doing research on Japanese radicals maybe I found the transcription of the characters (it’s difficult to read them when it is with a painted font):
撃 - Strike
?
殺 - Killing

Hong Kong guy here. His belt says 「一擊必殺」, which literally and very much translates to One-Hit K.O.
一 (one) 擊 (hit) 必 (must) 殺 (kill).
Combined together is a common phrase used in a lot of instances, for example pokémon 1HKO abilities.

but I will not fail to mention you, thanks for the help
You made me like the skin more, thanks!
