I watched a couple of streamers play just now with Juno in the games. What’s with the constant pigeon sounds? Is that her boots? Extremely annoying and intrusive. So much added noise for no reason. The game has enough noise clutter already.
I even removed my headphones a couple of times because it sounds so like the pigeon couple I have outside in the back garden most days.
Oh man, thank you. Not just me that thinks it then. It’s like the worst audio compression artefact come pigeon effect ever. SO annoying and distracting.
You know the reason they have that is to emulate the sort of level of audio Mercy’s footsteps have. But obviously Juno doesn’t walk on heels like Mercy.
For goodness sake though, the badly compressed pigeon sounds needs to go byebye.

Yeah I like her audio kit except this + her gun currently seems a few decibels louder than the rest of the roster. She can be 25 yds away and a Reaper could be in my face and I’d hear her gun pew pews a lot louder than Reap’s shotguns.
Yup, completely. I think a lot of the new heroes have had their audio toned up a touch for impact. The existing roster tends to be much more quiet / respectful and less in your face.
