This bug works by searching for a game in a gamemode that picks the hero for you (for example mystery heroes). While you search for the game, you go into your hero gallery, choose a looping emote (for example dance or sitting emote) and put it into the emote scroll wheel. Iirc you have to click as fast as possible though.
Then when the game starts, you click on the emote scroll wheel where you put the emote at and the random hero you got should make the emote you selected before the game.
