I’m (hopefully) guessing that we don’t have Replays for our own games because we’re going to get a surprise feature when the PTR finally does go live.
Has there ever been any feature, hero or map or anything that didn’t go to the PTR first and just hit the live servers. Thanks.
If there were any, 99% chance they were an emergency bugfix or snuck in during an event patch

There was this funny bug where Mei’s M1 and ult didn’t slow so they had to disable her since she was that bad.
Reaper no longer teleporting to untended locations. The biggest thing ever to happen.
Probably when they had to literally make D.Va non-selectable from the hero gallery for a few hours one day due to picking her crash the entire match of a game (I think? Could be wrong)
There was also another D.Va bug where if she was demeched on Ecopoint Antarctica she’d fall through the map and die.
