What keeps you playing this God-awful game?

The only reason I’m still here is because of the lore. Right now it doesn’t seem like I’m getting much of that so I might end up leaving for my own good.

Lately this game has been aggravating and frustrating to the point where I’ve been going to bed with headaches so I don’t even know anymore.

Every FPS (in my experience) has moments of incredible frustration. Heck, people get angry playing monopoly!

I still play Overwatch because I still find it fun. If not the most balanced FPS on the market, it’s certainly the most interesting.

It’s that I don’t consider OW to be a God-awful game. I enjoy it. I’ve played God-awful games before, this ain’t one of them.

The only other game really like this one is tf2 and I’ve played that to death.

And I find it better than paladins.

Its just fun. Still new skins to unlock although im lvl 600. I take long breaks though,if you play it too much it gets frustrating.

Because of the lord? I don’t think God cares what video games you play.
On topic: I play it because I enjoy it mostly. Sure losing streaks suck and brain dead teams suck even more but what can you do about it? I just take breaks when I’m at risk of dying of high levels of salt.

Waiting for Anthem basically… or rather Dragon Age 4, but that one seems to be in for a long wait… sigh

the only reason is that there is no alternative.
there are plenty of other fps but none of them has such unique heroes and is AAA.

Oh! Someone else excited for Anthem! It does look very good. Not sure it’ll overtake Overwatch for me though.

I don’t really play comp anymore, i mostly play QP with friends and don’t give a care about winning or losing.

There isn’t a good “solo Q ranked” game out there, if you want competitive, just join a team.

Because, I still love the game. I’m still incredibly passionate about it and don’t feel like it’s going to die anytime soon. I love games with a high skill ceiling, and overwatch gives me that. It’s a game I started in the first year of it’s life, and feel like I can always keep on improving.

I think I have a lot of improving I can do, and I feel like the game is going to get better. I don’t hate comp whenever I login, and I get off because it’s late usually.
