Lastly I m playing again Support and what is happening, is dps are just playing their own game. Not a single team play from them. Helping to suport? Help to push in? geting a squishy picks? Nothing. They are just simple headless chickens runing there and shooting the first target the see. WTF happened?
Sometimes it is very ckear when folks aren’t playing with headphones or sound on. Understanding audio cues are a huge advantage and I see so many folks not respond to those that I believe they can’t hear what’s going on.

Season 9 changes nerfed the entire DPS role.
The health breakpoints were more impactful than the projectile size changes. All non-burst damage heroes became useless. Revert everyone HP back to normal and go from there and the game becomes better for DPS again, but as for now it’s more a support game.
Your support determines whether you win or lose.

Like not needed, I m playing dps also aswell, and have my screen on. Sees when somebody is trying to flank my suport, so I help them. But when I m suport, dps is playing like CS or other just FPS game… going only for kills, but loosing the game

Awareness and gamesense issues. It’s a low elo plague.
All the dps who knew how team play works have either stopped playing or are in the highest elos.
Which is why supps have to look after each other and why so many dps players complain that they get no heals.
Either they’re out of position or the supps are fighting for their lives against enemies that the dps should be killing. (Or there’s a dps player flexing to supp and forgetting that they should be healing half of the time that they’re dpsing.)
It’s a rare treasure when a dps does their job right down here. And i make sure to endorse them when they do.
