Quickplay and Arcade modes are just as competitive to me as any other mode in this game. Please penalize players who repeatedly quit arcade games. Thank you.
This is a joke, right? Just no… Go play COMPETITIVE if you want to play competitively. Duhh?
What’s next? Permanently ban peoples battle.net accounts after leaving one game in quick play? Ridiculous.

The community will never agree on which modes are competitive. Some of us believe all of them are.
I think there’s a distinction to be made between unranked and arcade
QP is the normal game and and them not wanting leavers to continuously sour the experience for everybody is understandable
It’s hard to call arcade the normal game and them being lenient there makes more sense
(I’m saying this as someone whose most played game mode was in the arcade for 6 years)….it is what it is
