Since she has been changed, what counters her best? Tank wise. DPS wise?
I guess ignoring her

Her only counter is to try to kill the rest of her team first.

Air units. She cant do much to a zig zagging echo, pharah, or mercy.
As for tank, probably winston or zarya.

Her counter is killing her healers. With a healer on her back, she is basically invincible. I say Sigma is a good nullifier for her. He can absorb her bullets, shield the team from her, and it can stun her when her gold mode (forget its name) is off with his rock. Also, Ana can stop her from getting healed. Hanzo can also be a problem for her I guess since his arrow hs deals ton fo damage and he can shoot from a far.

Hard flank with Genji, Reaper, and maybe Moira. Alternatively run Ana plus Zenyatta to combo Orb of Chaos with the nade to make it easier to burn her down.
Sometimes fliers work, but she can reach flying opponents better than many tanks. Depends on if she can aim her javelin.
well even zarya is still a pretty decent pick against her post nerf. beams in general are a pretty big counter to orisa since she cannot block them and will end up just getting melted and you could just farm ult and use it to win every team fight.
but if you cant get charge on zarya you could play sigma and just kill her backline at range, you could force CDs and burst her down with hog (though shes alot better into hog then hog is into her).
really just not letting the orisa run the show and instead killing her backline is the play generally speaking.

just keep in mind, if u arnt gettin high charge on zarya something else might be a better pick if its not working.
