Shoulder check currently does 300 damage and they made his barrier like 1600 or something like that. Oh, and also 25 meters on Earthshatter.
The rest are universal tank buffs. Reinhardt already had a lot of armor, so he is bulky as hell. Headshot multiplier reduced. Blah blah blah.

He does feel like a beast in the few games I played with and against him as a support. He was easier to keep alive, and those playing him really had a lot of luck with getting into the enemy and making a mess, surviving the whole affair, and then getting out.
genuinely insane but not shocked. Rein is on the devs list of “favorites who arent allowed to be weak ever”

rein i feel got buffed way too hard
armor is stronger against tankbuster type weapons - shotguns and miniguns, shield went from 1400 to 1600 health, headshot reduction against burst weapons, his charge really hurts now. 300 hp heroes get one tapped by it
but he still feels like he needs constant resources. when a rein is on your team, he is the team and it’s really annoying

if you asked the supports in one of my game he needs 10k armor on top to stay alive.
one Tricks won’t find value regardless how hard they boost a hero.
Rein along with d.va and Winston need some nerfs
