I want to play dev for a little
This is what I would do to all of the heroes
(Definitely no bias towards Sym and Mercy)

Once dynamite has hit the ground it can be shot by enemy’s to blow it up, which will still make it damage them. - BOB
She can no longer gain ult charge while he is active.
I believe she is the only hero who could do this and it doesn’t really make sense
Bastion

Can now headshot
Has 500 ammo
Bastion now takes 5 seconds to rev up to full dps and as he revs up he becomes more accurate
He is able to move like in is old ult but has he revs up it becomes slower
1 seconds 100% walking speed (75 dps)
2 seconds 80% (100 dps)
3 seconds 60% (150 dps)
4 seconds 40% (200 dps)
5 seconds 20% (250 dps)
This will make it so he is still very lethal in sentry mode, but cant give full damage right away. This also will let him be more mobile and not be so reliant on his team -
Energy Shield (E ability)
Bastion can now deploy a shield in front of him that weakens the stronger he gets and reduces the damage he takes by 50%
Lasts 5 seconds
Cooldown 8 seconds
In recon mode (1000 hp)
1 seconds of firing (1000 hp)
2 seconds of firing (900 hp)
3 seconds of firing (800 hp)
4 seconds of firing (600 hp)
5 seconds of firing (400 hp)
This would work basically like iron clad, but is not on him all of the time to give counter play -
Configuration Tank (Ultimate)
Ultimate lasts 10 seconds or till 6 bomb shells are fired off
Each bomb shell does 200dmg
1 bomb shell can be fired a second
Energy shield can be deployed during this time (400 hp) -
Self Repair (Passive)
After 4 seconds of Bastion not taking damage and Bastion not firing he begins to repair his armor at a rate of 50hps
Doomfist

- Rocket Punch
Now does 50 dmg upon impact and 260 upon contact with a wall. - Seismic Slam
Can now travel a max distance of 18m - Rising Uppercut
Enemies lose air control till they reach the max height Uppercut brings them. - Meteor strike
When Doomfist activates meteor strike he boosts up to the max height and where he can be shot at.
He takes 50% less dmg
He stays up at the max height for a max of 4 seconds where he will decide a landing zone where he launches down dealing a max of 600 dmg in a radius of 2m falling off to 400 damage within a radius of 3 m then finally falling off to zero dmg within a radius of 5m
He takes 1 second to land
Enemies can see where he is positioning the landing zone at all times
I think his previous nerfs were way to harsh and which his ultimate it was either unfair to play against or now unfun and bad to play as. With the new ult it can still be used as an escape tool and still has counter play while being lethal

Only is granted the Swift strike return is he gets the finishing blow on an enemy. -
Dragon Blade
Lasts 8 seconds or until 6 swipes are used
1 swipe a second
No longer grants swift strike return when activated
Swift strike is returned on all eliminations not just final blows.
His weapon felt very inaccurate at longer ranges and this should help him some.
Hanzo

Ultimate Dragons Strike
When Hanzo activates his ult he draws back a blue arrow for 1 second
The dragons are then released and travel 8 m in front of him dealing 100 dmg
At the end of 8m the heads bite down dealing 300 dmg and extend to 10m
The dragon travels the 8m withing 0.75 seconds and chomp down after 0.50 seconds
Hanzo or “Spamzo” now has ammo so he cant spam and can no longer 2 shot body shot. He can still one-shot kill if an opponent has 285 hp or lower. This will still make lethal if he can hit those shots. Storm arrow no longer be able to kill any tank just by itself unless he fires one arrow before he activates it. This is to stop a snipe from deleting tanks. His ultimate change is so it can be letha. With this change he will still be able to combo with others, but it can stand alone now
Junkrat
Rework
- Weapon
Grenades are brought back to original projectile size
Increase ammo to 8 - Mines
Mines now deal the full 120 dmg withing 0.5m radius (Whatever the original range was) then fall of to 0 dmg after 0.10m radius
Damage isnt effected till you reach the end of its range where it expericences extreme fall off - Steal Trap
Steal trap has a 15 second cooldown
Junkrat can place an infinite amount of traps on the map
Traps are almost invisible to the enemy team
Traps have 10 health
Traps trap people for 5 seconds
If the person traped spams a-d they will be released as soon as 1.5 seconds - Rip-Tire
Rip-Tire moves slightly faster
Timer is reduced to 6 seconds
Enemies get a better directional cue from its noise
Timer doesn’t go down when climbing walls
Tire can no longer turn as faster as before
Tire hp is increased to 125
Junkrat can how hold his ground better with the larger grenades and new traps. His mines now feel better but wont be unfair like previously to the enemy. His ultimate will still be lethal, but you can no longer have it out for such a long amount of time and can not circle people as well as before
Mcree
Rework
- Fan the Hammer
Damage reduced to 50 - Flash bang
Damage increased to 30
Flash bang now works like the one in CS:GO. It causes the scree to flare white and have the last seen image before being stunned stay they for 2 seconds then fades back to normal
Flash bang stun durration decreased to 0.01 seconds - Combat roll
Roll distance increased by 2m
Cooldown reduced to 7 seconds - Dead eye
Once Mcree activates this ability the next 3 bullets he shoots deal 0 damage but apply the flash bang effect for 5 seconds to an enemy
The next bullet he fires into a person applied with this effect will have its damaged double
You can not stack effects on one person
This will make it so Mcree still can pull of lethal FTH combos on people with 305 hp or less, but it no longer will destroy tanks. His Dead eye was realy bad and used as a reload button so it was changed significantly. When mcree does this it gives him very good crowd control and a spike in damage where if he head shots a person with 200 hp that have the effect they will instantly die.
Mei
*Cryo-Freeze
Lasts 2 seconds longer
Will heal her to full where HPS is dependent on the health she has when she started Cryo-Freeze
Now Instantly reloads Mei’s weapon
Cool down starts after Cryo-Freeze has ended and has a Cool down of 8 seconds
- Ice wall
Ice wall can not be climbed by Genji, Hanzo or Reaper
Ice wall’s cooldown now starts once the wall is destroyed
Has a cool down of 5 seconds - Billzard
Blizzard activates quicker once it has reached the ground
Mei now can have more crown control with her wall and it can be used more without having to worry about a very long cool down. Cryo-Freeze felt very bad and was maily only used as a short immunity to one ability. Cryo-Freeze now can be used in more situations with a lower cooldown
Phara
Rework
- General
Phara has more control over her movement in the air - Jump Jet
Now knows back enemies within a 3m radius of her
The colser to the center of the Jump Jet radius the further an enemy is knocked back - Heat Seeking Missile (Replaces Concussive blast)
Phara releases 1 heat seeking missile that travels at the speed slightly slower than fire strike
Deals 145 damage
Can be shot out of the air
Has 5 hp - Barrage
Phara Fly high in the air where she has 5 seconds to place up to 3 crosshairs over 3 different people or over 1 if she presses the abilities button again
during this time she has a 50% damage reduction
Phara now release a barrage of 16 heat seeking missiles per person where each deals 25 damage and has 3 hp
During her ult heat seeking missiles travel as fast as normal rockets - Plummet (Passive)
When in the air if Phara Crouches she falls to earth much faster than normal
Phara lost Concussive blast which felt underwhelming to use, but lost some movement in the air so we gave her more control over her movement. She also lost the ability to get environmental kills so now with Plummet and Jump jet she can still pull off environmental kills. With heat seeking missile you can now overwhelm you enemies with your air control. Barrage felt like either you got 4 kills or you dies instantly. Now Phara can have more suitability while she is using barrage and it has some counter play to the missiles during it.

Reaper

Wraith Form
When reaper activates Wraith Form he turns into a black mist traveling across the floor and up walls for up to 6 seconds
Wraith Form still can be canceled and refills his ammo -
Syphon Soul
When reaper has killed someone he can syphon their soul and can chose to steal on of the enemies basic abilities
Syphoned abilities effectiveness is reduced by 25%
Enemies who has had their ability syphoned have their effectiveness reduced by 25%, and the ability becomes black with mist surrounding it
He can keep a Syphoned ability for 45 seconds
Cooldown 10 seconds
Repear can get rid of a syphoned ability by pressing interact but the cooldown is increased by 15 seconds for that one time.
What every ability he syphones will be bound to the syphon ability button -
Life Steal
Reduced to 35%
Reaper’s new Wriath form now has the combined effect of his previous Wraith form and Shadow step in one ability. Syphon soul gives reaper many new options to play how he wants, and to turn the tide of a game. Reaper would most likely use this ability at the end of a fight for next fight making the timer on it long.
Soldier 76
Rework

Soldier 76 will consume a Biotic Pack which instantly heals him for 50 hp and them 100 hp over 5 seconds
Cool down starts after healing has stopped
Cooldown 5 seconds - Tactile Visor
Helix Rockets now will also lock on to targets
Soldier 76’s biotic field wasn’t very good for that long of a cooldown it had. Many of his teammates did benefit from it either so we made it more personal. This will give his an initial burst heal and some sustained healing. Sprint was made faster so we added a resource so it can not be used all they time, but is up most of the time

Can only hack a target if they are below 75% hp
Hack goes on a 1 second cooldown when interrupted
Hack no longer disables abilities but puts them all on cool down or up to a 15 second cooldown
When hacking an enemy with a shield their shield is broken
When hacking any enemy 2+ time in a row its effectiveness is reduced by 50% This is negated if the had died -
EMP
EMP will reset all enemies cooldowns as long as they are inside the radius -
Opportunist
Enemies are revealed when they are below 75% hp
When enemies are revealed to you you deal 10% more damage to them and this effect lingers on them for 5 seconds
When enemies are revealed to you you hack 10% faster to them and this effect lingers on them for 5 seconds
This effect only applies to enemies that sombra is not in combat with
Sombra felt like all of her power was put into her hack ability where she was strong but everywhere else was bad. This makes it so hack is still powerful but not where all of her power is. Her passive felt very underwhelming because most of the time they could just be healed up by the time you got there so now the effect lingers letting you get them.
