It’s a reading disorder. Reversing (like sometimes swamping st with ts) and flipping similar looking letters (like-b p q d) letters-and in some instances removing/adding letters can occur as well. Long words as well as unusual words are more likely to be mixed up because of this.

Hope this cleared up some things.
