She still does what she did before to him, assuming her shield is there.
I would say supports soft counter him:

Ana can sleep dart him, but that is a skill shot. Usuaslly when he uppercuts me or slams towards me, Iāll sleep him.

Lucio can boop him away during slam/uppercut.

Both are counters
Zen, if you play far away. Discord can really tear him down.
Ana, if you can land darts
Lucio, if you can wall ride and escape his punches and melee attack
Mercy if you know how to use GA well

All his counters are sTUnS, which arenāt actually counters.
His real counters are things that stop his oneshots or slowing (Mei and sombra basically)

Ok well Ana may be a counter with sleep but annoying the doom with boops and stuns does not counter him.
He can one-shot any support
Any Counters? No. Counterplay? Literally all of them but zen.
Every support except for Zen (and maybe babptiste) can escape Doomfistās combo.

None of the supports hard counter Doomfistā¦ Actually, Iām more confident Blizzās direction with healers in the game is they donāt get to hard counter enemies, just soft counter at mostā¦ because theyāre supports.

I tend to go Moira if I get Doomed too much. Fade is useful to evade his abilities and biotic grasp is easy to chase him off with, or even kill if your team is somewhat aware and capable.

Ana, Zen, Baps, Lucio with a well timed boop.
Mercyās great at wasting his time if you get Superjump down.
I counter him reliably with Ana, Baptist, and Lucio. I imagine a good Mercy would be a soft counter as she should be able to avoid him rather easily.
But Lucio is a much better counter then Brig that you mentioned. Doom was and is pretty good at killin Brig. She cant stun you if sheās dead.
I honestly think this is the source of most of the frustration against Doomfist. No support really COUNTERS Doomfist. Like, the other flankers? Sure. Moira does great against most flankers. Brig used to do well against most flankers. You have a fighting chance against most of them with Zen, maybe Lucio, Mercyās pistol, clever play with Ana, etc.
Like you can do small things. You can run, but heās one of the most mobile heroes in the game. If he wants to catch you, he will. You can try to CC him and pray someone does something in the meantime. You can displace him with knockbacks, but again heās got three mobility cooldowns so itās hardly an inconvenience.
Like, my main counter is typing āHey someone please deal with this Doom, heās wrecking our back line.ā You pray for one of your DPS to be or switch to Sombra to make his life miserable like heās made yours.
To which I get āUM WHERE ARE THE HEALS?ā
Yeah, canāt heal when Iām dead or running for my lifeā¦

Brig is still good in stopping what Doomie is doing even with the changes but I canāt seem to time SB against RP right.
Otherwise, I just go Moira and say ācatch me if you canā because I donāt expect any peels from my fellow randos. lol

Why does a support have to COUNTER Doomfist? Doom already has dozens of counters.
What supports have is heroes that donāt care about Doomfist. Switch to Lucio, Moira, or Mercy and Doom canāt even touch you.

I donāt know how wrong you can be in just one sentence.
Ana sleeps him in his animation locks. Lucio wallrides above him so both his slam and punch are basically useless. Moira fades out of his combos. Brig still counters him with shield bash.
As for the ānerfed to oblivionā thing you either havenāt played new Brig or tried playing her like Brig 1.0, which is NOT how sheās supposed to be played.
