I would change Mei’s Christmas skin from 2 years ago. Because it’s godawful and is blatant evidence towards the artists being lazy and unimaginative for a legendary skin.
Everybody hated Hanzo’s Christmas skin a year later, and that got fixed. But Mei’s never did even though every one hated it, and it’s long overdue.
Every Zarya skin. Let’s be honest even “the good ones” need to be tweaked.

Reaper’s gloves on his pumpkin skin. Love the skin and I can live with the head hitbox since everyone and their mother can hit a Reaper regardless, but I miss the clawed gloves that he has on his classic skin.
I would give everyone a color pallet and let them make them color in their heros to how they like.
I would edit all of Pharah’s skins to be
good
Simply being in the sun a ton can cause your hair to go blond if you have brown hair it’s especially easy, mine use to do it all the time when I was younger.

I love the skin to death, but come on. They could have done better with those wings.

For every Tracer skin, especially that Lightning skin, I’d giver her longer hair or a bun.
why even? it was (and still is) a fine skin.
When it was first release the and skin itself was messed up.
