Do we have a Canadian Hero? A Jewish Hero? An African American Hero? I don’t think so. What else am I missing?

I’d be down for a Canadian hero; Canada gets ignored a lot by game devs, and American ones in particular. Lol.
Even Battlefield 1 did nothing despite the impact Canadians had on the war.

We have several characters from all over the globe. Why does it need to be African American Specifically. We already have a few characters from Africa or of African Decent (Or something close) That being Ana, Pharah, Doomfist, and Orisa (Since she was Reprogrammed and remade in Africa). In all honestly we don’t need religion esk things in Overwatch as I feel that will cause way bigger problems down the line. That can lead to arguments of Stereotypes of said Nationality/Religion, or arguments of incorrect representation of said nationality/religion. I think it’s best to just keep it simple.
My last note is lets just let the devs do their work and not ask for characters based on representation but for abilities and balances we want to see make the game better.
I’m not being toxic and I mean this all in a respectful manner when I say we don’t need more representation. I think that is covered well in a game of this style since I don’t see many other games doing this much to include people of several nationalities and countries while being as popular as Overwatch, not to say they don’t exist. I also think that Overwatch also touches bases on things like different sexualities and fantasies pretty well without causing an uproar.

but i’m pretty sure we haven’t had any eski… i mean inuits, they are cool.
maybe bushman, or why not like native american? could give hanzo a run for his money with the whole bow thing.

Funny enough the least represented demographic is the “most common” when people think of America. Straight white males between the age of 20-30 without any physical or mental disability.
All the men in OW are Old, handicapped or both. Seems like everyone is missing a limb or something.

How about Estonian? Skin potential, cultural reference potential and a lot more stuff. Canadians, Jews and black Americans are like super common and regular.
Everybody knows about them.

peruvian girl that has a pet chinchilla and an alpaca, she rides her alpaca as part of her movement abilities, and the chinchilla as part of her recon tool as it tags people around walls and corners. hmm just trying to come up with a backstory for this…
