i listen to tyler the creator, danny brown and old rap. hbu?
None.
It’s one of those games where sound cues matter too much.
Yeah, I wish I could listen to music while playing Overwatch but I just lose out on too much information. That was one of my favorite things about playing WoW back in the day: I was always listening to music, audiobooks, podcasts, etc. Made wasting my life away in Azeroth feel a little less wasteful.
…Though I suppose time you enjoy wasting is not time wasted…
My own Spotify playlist. I can hear footsteps just fine. Listening to music tends to help me stay calm throughout the match…at least for me.
Same if I’m starting to tilt. Getting out of voice chat and turning up my music helps me focus
No music for me, I guess I have limited mental bandwidth but I find it too distracting.
Lofi is very relaxing, I can usually still hear the game and don’t get tensed up as much there’s some nice Cafe Jazz playing in the background.
If at all, I listen to Iron Chic, Against Me, and The Gaslight Anthem.
And on the weekends I listen to a local talk radio station…you know…hardcore gaming stuff.
Tool; not because they’re good for background music but because they’re just amazing and I can’t help myself.
I second this statement. The audio cues are too important to ignore.
Anime openings,I’m hoping that it makes me better at genji
I listen to my fish tank.
I like The Neighbourhood, as well as Fleetwood Mac, Queen, KISS and varied songs from the 60s-90s.
Listening to music while I play makes it fun
The only music that fits so many matches nowadays . . .
It’s all about that lush lofi.
A bunch of naruto remix and some meme songs like crab rave or Minecraft parodies of rap music. Other times just listen to rap cus I’m in highschool and gotta keep up with the cool kids
Reported for listening to bad music
No music.
I take a lot for the sound cues and it’s hard enough for me to hear some with my hearing impairment><
Stay Positive!

If I’m playing QP then I’ll usually listen to some rap.
If I’m playing comp I need total focus and just game noise as sound is half the battle in not dying to sneaky ults or flankers.
