People on forums seem to hate every single meta:
double shield is a disaster, i can’t see anything!
goats is a disaster, meta built on one broken hero!
dive is a disaster, it lasts 2 years already!
so… what meta will please you?

A meta isn’t really what I’m into.
More so if a team is playing “x” team composition, that the best counter ISNT mirror.
Let’s say a teams power is rated out of 100
45% raw mechanics
45% game sense
10% team composition
Essentially it would be nice to be able to counter swap hero’s to give you an edge but also it not be such a necessity where you HAVE to swap to do well.

Dive comp 100percent its more skill based. Its faster and just fun you have to actually think of position and timing to do your job

A meta not stuffed to the brim with trash like one-shots, CC spam, nor IWIN abilities that aren’t even ults. Seriously not asking for much at all here.

Dive dive dive dive. That s the only meta that allowed diversity for the rest of the ranks. Even in the highest tier dive didn’t guarantee success over other comps.
the best meta is the one where there are 6 dva on both teams
One that i can play all my favorite heroes on each role without feeling like im throwing the games.

Objectively speaking, dive was the most risky meta. If you don’t constantly communicate and observe the fields, your dive would without a doubt fail miserably. The other meta only requires you to select the correct heroes and you could already do the minimum requirements, no risk in running double barriers or 3 tanks, ect

Fight starts, literally everyone presses SHIFT
“ZEN ZEN ZEN ZEN ZEN ZEN ZEN MONKEY MONKEY MON- OKAY RESET”
Every single fight. And without a way to respond or fight back. Skillful.
(Oh wait, it actually had a counter - 4 tanks, or 6 unkillable members. Good thing we removed that option with role lock)
