Control Point feels the fairest as each round is pretty much a reset.

If we’re including Arcade game modes, then Team Deathmatch is my favorite mode, with Château Guillard being my favorite map in the whole game.

As for the standard game modes, my favorite one is Hybrid, and my favorite map is Eichenwalde.

Control is good but I think im getting really picky now of which map I like. I think the three control points is good but I just cant like junker queens map

I dont think there’s a hybrid/payload I dislike, at worst theyre meh. My top would probably be one of dorado, circuit royale, rialto, route 66, Havana or Paraíso.

I don’t like that map either, and you know what, I don’t think I like a single OW2 Control map. The points are too small and, like a lot of the OW2 maps, they are filled with visual clutter and substandard lighting.

I think it’s my love for Lijiang specifically that makes me choose Control as my favourite mode honestly, lol.

Hybrid > KOTH > Push > Escort > Flashpoint, but it’s not a huge gap. I’d put Hybrid at like 9/10 on average and Escort at 7/10.

Main thing I dislike about Escort is that a lot of them have very 2Cap-like final points, especially Dorado and Shambali.

Defense Spawn is very close, tough chokepoint somewhere in final section, with little or no cover for offense except the payload itself. Dorado C might be the worst objective still in the game.

I don’t dislike Flashpoint, but I dislike New Junk City, and it’s 50% of Flashpoint right now. If the next Flashpoint map is as good or better than Suravasa I’d put it over Escort.

I am not going to lie, Push has grown on me quite a bit. I love that if it is a stomp lobby that the game ends fast. It’s a nice Mercy that allows us to get into a real game sooner.

That being said, I do generally prefer payload and hybrid. Trashpoint is better than King of the Hill and 2cp was misunderstood. Don’t @ me.

escort is my favorite too. love going on a nice walk through lovely scenery. hybrid is a close second.

I prefer for there to be payload involved. So escort/push/hybrid are all OK in my book.

In my case it would be like this:

Control > Push > Escort > Hybryd > Flash Point

Escort, hybrid and push are all good to me.

From maps i really like king’s row, dorado and shambali monastery.

Havana can be a pain, but if the defence widow is bad, then it’s okay

Hybrid and payload are my favorite map types. I feel like you end up using ALL of the map as opposed to just the chokes and the point like on KotH, 2cp, and Flashpoint. There are some exceptions (the weirdly large distance where no fights like ever happen between attacker spawn and first point on Numbani, Eichenwalde being kinda chokey on first and third, etc.) but overall, the hybrid and payload maps are the better experience.
