Railgun. Railgun is where you Charge Shot to Fully and can Oneshot People, also Railgun is where you can Shoot it like Rifles.

As everyone has mentioned, it is a railgun. Which is a type of weapon which uses charged particle energy that is channeled into a straight firing projectile. A notable similar weapon would be Jim Raynor’s hero weapon in StarCraft II.
