I know there are a ton of epic sound cues, voice lines, effects, and music in Overwatch, so picking a favorite won’t be easy. There is the ping of a headshot, the epic OW theme, High Noon, and hundreds of others.
My favorite is pretty straight forward. It is the horn that sounds for a team kill. It is an awesome sound with a double helping of satisfaction to go along with it.

Widow’s one death line is so funny. She’s like WAH-EYYAH-UGGGHHHHH and my friends and I mock it so much.
But also nano boosted sombra gun is awesome and so is a nano boosted deflect noise.
I thought I was the only one for nano-Sombra. Her gun sounds amazing when she’s nano-boosted.
Most guns do but sombra has one of the better ones. I think Bastion and Orisa have awesome sounding nano guns too.

The soothing sound of Reaper’s ominous voice, dominated by sorrow and pain.
pretty much anyone falling off a map, or being blown up. The sound bytes are hilarious
I like the little sound effects in Mercy’s HL intros with the Pink skin 
If not that, the ‘dink!’ of a Widow getting a headshot is satisfying too… (I can’t play her, I live vicariously through my Widow maining friend.)
