What is wrong with the people only play 222? noob?

they always 222 regardless of what happened in enemy team? a AI could have been more flexible than them.

I don’t see what’s so bad about that.
2/2/2 is one of the most stable team comps available.

I kind of agree. Some people will lose their sh*t if the team isn’t 222. Like they won’t even give a shot to triple DPS/ or triple support or triple tank. Hell one time I won with 5 dps and 1 lucio, people need to stop being so narrow minded

no it’s called doing what you know works without thinking about it or even knowing why it works and ignoring anything else regardless of it’s merit

people like this are stuck in gold

they are also the people who only play the current flavor of the month “op” hero and blame their team for everything going wrong

Maybe in master and gm where most people know how to play. In low ranks 2-2-2 is useless most of the time and i think people are losing more games because of that. They pick 2-2-2 but the team comp is actually total **** and noone is playing as a team anyway. Idk why players copy 2-2-2 … why can’t they copy things like “don’t take dmg” or “stay alive” or “group up” or “combo ults”?

that is what i am talking about. thanks

It’s not bad. But it’s the only comp low tier people know.

Till this day 222 comp is the most versatile and effective strategy comp in the game.

It covers a lot of weak points and ensures all roles are equally covered regardless of skill.

The pros use. The devs give out stats that this comp has had the highest win rate since the game’s inception.

It is a comp used to cover player flaws and ensures that everyone is busy but also effective.

Whereas an inbalance of too much dps can lack healing or area control via tanking. Or the lack of tank ends up turning the mapninto chaos making it much harder to control of defend and objective. And finally a lack of healing turns the match into a deathmatch.

The lack of tank emphasixes dps to quickly take out opponents as quickly as they can
A lack of healing forces teammates to survive and act more defensively. And a lack of dps calls for more damage upfront to eliminate threats.

Either way having all three roles equally spread out is the most logical choice. Especially with hot quick and chaotic this game can be.

Gives less freedom to play as your hero. A flanker and tank cannot rely on a healer to be there during dire needs which forces them to make rely on healthpacks thus jeapordizing positions.

No tanks means damagr isn’t being directed prevented.

Dps can mean issues uprootinf defensive placements.

I mean I won’t freak out if 2/2/2 isn’t filled (And it normally isn’t) but it is certainly a “jack of all trades” type comp.

The way I see it, 2/2/2 is most popular because the other balanced combos (3/2/1 or 3/1/2 or 2/3/1 or the most popular 4/1/1) give the opposing side someone to focus on much as possible, which is either the sole tank or healer. Killing the sole unfortunates means easy staggering and/or multiple team wipes.

Then again, I don’t play competitive and am used to 5/0/1 and 4/1/1.

I love it when they pick Brig and Zen as your two healers and than flame dps after your team got a good hard spanking. Dive comp on defence or close range comp against snipers and Phara or keep playing heroes who are hard countered by the enemy are also very entertaining.
