What is the highest SR you can place on a fresh account?
Diamond I think
Highest you can place on a veteran account is now 3900
I always start with platinum and diamond players when I made a new acc
Did this only 2 times so not really much experience but that’s the highest I’ve seen
I’m not a top 500 player either 
I think 3400…
Lowest is around 1100
