What is the genuinely best take you’ve seen?

Clearly takes like “The balancing team is trash” are universally accepted, but are they really good because of that? Isn’t such a take populist, since it says what the playerbase wants to hear and unites it against the balancing team? But how would that make this take worse?
How do we define a good take in the first place?
Not that the take is wrong though, the balancing team is bad. But it also is one of those which can be interpreted from different views.

I seem to recall that at one point ThiccBuddha said that Gojira is an awesome band. Definitely one of the most based takes I’ve seen on here.

Trash tier take. OP is trying to find scientific answers here, and you come in obfuscating with this. Smh. Ive seen her race against MotoGP scrubs, and she is that good on the bike. She just tp’s ahead of all of them and wins.

Anyways, someone once said that Kiriko is the best hero that ever came to OW, and that was the best take Ive ever seen. That person was right, and surely he was a great scholar and philosopher.

Not sure if this is considered a take. But I did ask for opinions on what I could use to try to survive against Winston, and someone said that Brig’s flail is a good boop when he jumps.

They were very right. It’s still tough because Winston is (IMO) too strong for too little effort…but I am able to survive more and help my team a bit more on the way to death’s door.

I can’t really think of specific takes from people, so I’ll just list a bunch of people who I think generally make very good posts;

    Consistently funny, kind, and as I alluded to in my previous post, they’ve got very based taste in music.
  • Potatoad
    Always well-spoken and respectful, argues their positions very clearly and effectively, and has just all-around good vibes.
  • HanaSolo
    Quite possibly the funniest person here, always glad to read one of their posts.
  • ÄštráĴÙVÅ69
    One of the most positive people on here. Always brightens the mood when they’re around.
  • Adieu2YouToo
    Also one of the most positive people here. They make some banger threads always with a positive atmosphere.
  • SmuckersPBJ
    Another very kind individual, who is also funny, and based, and tank mode pilled.
  • Stormhorizon
    Pretty chill person who consistently makes some great threads.
  • Hieiko
    Very level headed, well-spoken and respectful person with consistently great reasoning and well-argued takes.

Those were just a few off the top of my head. There’s definitely more I could name, but it’s 2.30am as I’m writing this and I should probably go to bed before I end up collapsing on the floor.

That Bastion should get his old Ultimate back.

I seriously don’t know what was going on with the decision to change it. I’m pretty sure they said they wanted Bastion to be more involved and that’s why his artillery was set on a timer and let him move… but then they make his Ultimate root him in place just like his old artillery mode did? I know it’s not exactly the same but…

Overwatch “2” would’ve been better off just remaining as “Overwatch,” and it should’ve just stuck to what it was originally instead of trying to stray from its path and ending up as a product that now has missing features, has been pushed into a format that it was never ready for, and has had major controversial implementations that have done nothing but split the player base. (role passives, hitbox changes, etc.).

I know it’s a bit bland and is touted relentlessly by many, but to me this is by far the best take one can have. :ok_hand:

Just in terms of balance/game direction- I can never remember their names but there’s a handful of people on here who I notice always drop just really objective, level headed takes. I might not even agree but their points are productive and nice to read, and sometimes I even reconsider my perspective.
