Can someone from the customer service department or someone that represents Overwatch seriously tell me, what is their problem with DVA?
Like, she is seriously neglected - she is never celebrated in any of the Overwatch events released. What is this garbage, collection of skins that’s been released this year?
I don’t care if someone is going to thumbs down me, or tell me to get over it, I genuinely love DVA, she’s a great character and I would love more skins instead we are having to witness the same characters being rehased.

Orisa is cute in her Sundae outfit and Pharah is nice but please for the love of god someone tell me why DVA is being so neglected?

You could have at least waited with this post until Sigma and Orisa get the All Stars Skins 
She also once had a legendary AMD epic skin release at once in 2019 Anniversary.
I know of few heroes who have had 2 legendary recolors, but I cant seem to recall another hero sharing DVa’s exact feat here.

Cosmetics are made as concepts are approved and realized. They aren’t prioritized by “who didn’t get any”. This is your answer. No cosmetics were conceptualized and implemented and matched the theme for this event.

No he didn’t answer my question - because if you did some research the last skin DVA got was around 2018 and it’s not 2020 with no new release of a skin. She was once loved and got attention from Blizzard but it’s been 2 years now since her last event skin debut so I’m legitimately wondering when is she going to get a new one. I have actually been playing since 2017, have collected most of her skins, have a huge love and appreciation for DVA - and would love some more creative skins for her.
I’m sorry if this upsets you or you feel the need to look down at me because I come on here 3 times a year, maybe less to vent.

EDIT: Pharah also had Dva’s skin release treatment.

iirc Pharah did the same thing in the same event - Orbital and Carbon Fiber.

You are absolutely right. Pharah has been in her skin drought in the past too, coincidentally enough. I’ll look up the data later when I can.
Ok first of all, I would have at least tried to somehow respond but calling someone a white knight for that is unbelievably dumbfounding. Do you even understand what it means?

And we ALL would like skins for our favorite heroes.
However skins take longer to create than most of the forums thinks. Academy DVA specifically was stated to be over 2 years in concept to realization. Also consider that for much of this year the team has been adjusting to a new reality of workflow restricted by social distancing and pandemic travel restrictions.
So while I can sympathize that your favoritest ever character isn’t getting shiny new things… consider that they may either be still in development or waiting for the right event.
I just bought two of dvas skins from the Overwatch league page which I’m happy about but I would have liked to have seen a summer outfit for her this year.
Also white knight - generally refer to someone who rushes to the defense of another online which Krotoan kinda was. Getting all like…upset because I dare complain that I want more skins or Dva lol. Like I’m not aloud to object or get upset about anything. I have to like something just because certain things are the way they are even though generally I love everything about Overwatch. I just wanted additional skins this year for her.

Blizzard does horrible things and makes bad decisions. I won’t defend them unconditionally (as a white knight would). But their Cosmetics for DVA have been highly promoted and she has had her own events.
You’re allowed to be upset of course. When you come on the forum and just type wrong things expect to be corrected though.
Maybe before telling people to “do some research” you do some yourself so you aren’t just being indignant about a misconception.
