For me, I liked the idea of having many unique heroes all with their different playstyles and abilities. Additionally, the lack of paywalls and microtransactions was also a big hook, too. Finally, I’ve always been a Sniper player in video games. I just can’t really play up close speed everywhere flankers. So naturally, Widow became my main pretty quick and has been ever since.

I’ve moved from Paladins to Overwatch because they nerfed supports.

S tier short, its one of the two shorts that actually made me feel like there was actual conflict and emotion.

Literally nothing…just a friend that said it was cool…I was a 14 yr old genji onetrick back then 
everyone rags on OW and its balancing, but it is genuinely one of the most unique shooters ive ever played. every character has something little and special about them that sets them apart from the others, i also really like the team aspect of it. OW is made so you cant win without acting team like and supporting each other, it feels so fun when it actually happens. i wouldn’t consider my self new to OW anymore but there is still so much to learn about it, there are still ranks to climb, still brigs to kill…
I like and have played all genres of games In my time and Blizz have always been good at taking tried and tested concepts and making highly polished versions of those concepts. They’re losing their touch, which really started with Diablo 3 and the auction house. I had faith in them as the reliable company who never took a misstep but that time has passed now.
you disgust me
It was initially bastion. The first time I played OW I hopped on bastion and got a 4k with him as people were coming out of the spawn room at the beginning of the match. I one tricked him for awhile until I realized he sucked lol.
Good
Tried it on a free weekend with friends at Christmas.
Didn’t end up buying it til uprising came out.
Felt more complete of a game during that event.
The power of Genji compels us? I think.
