TBH fixing Mercy is really simple.

  • Roll back to the Beta #1 version of Mercy
  • Can only use the NewSuperJump at close range to the ground
  • Disable old SuperJump
  • Keep the “Reverse Angelic Decent” thing where it also slows your upwards movement from Beta #2.
  • Maybe make it automatically slow your upwards movement if you SuperJump while Rezzing

How about no? How about we dont touch something that is not broken like the mobility (no one ever wanted a mobility change or buff) and focus on the reasons why she is the worst support in OW2 and fix THAT!

I have the feeling the complete “bringing SJ into the main kit” is just a distraction.

I think it will work but the main point is that the SJ was and neither is a problem for her. It changes nothing if they keep it like she is currently or finally get it into the main kit without killing other mobility skills of her.

She is the worst support in OW2 and the mobility has nothing to do with it. I would like a way to make the SJ easier but thats not her current problem.

I look at it this way.

If they keep slingshot techs, then it doesn’t really matter if this SuperJump replaces OldSuperJump and PropJumps, because it would be a straight upgrade over that.

Just remove superjump already. It was never meant to be in the game anyway.

Yes but thats not the point. Even if they manage to do that it does not fix the problem that every other support is much better than her. She is not made for 5v5. She needs changes.

Kill finally rez and valk and get going! Rez was always a bad idea because it holds her back and is just not fun for the enemy and Valk is just a lazy replacement ult for rez because they had no idea what to do with her.

We are now in OW2! I am sure they can keep her main parts the same but finally get her right!

She is the worst support in OW2 and SJ is one of the best techs for her. Its called skill and the devs WANTED this to stay. So why do you want to nerf a bad hero? No dont answer that. I dont care and its stupid.

Brig is EXTREMELY tanky in OW2 and they will change her ult also this beta I think. I played her in the beta and if you play her right, she is near unkillable. Boring yes but not weak.
