What if we nerfed McCree primary fire 70 > 55 dmg

Edit 1: okay with No Falloff dmg

Would probably make him pretty trash tier, and be way more of a FTH bot than he is now.

Mcree would be absolute garbage tier of a hero.

As much as I hate McCree, this isn’t it. The bare minimum nerfs he needs are a health reduction back to 200 and a smaller flashbang radius, because right now it has an AoE about the size of a small planet.

I say give him a 7th bullet…

His damage is fine, he just needs to either be REALLY good at close-range, or REALLY good at mid-range. Not both. And not able to close distances that easily.

That’s horrible.
55 is so low on primary.

McCree minor rework.

McCree:

  • Damage per shot reduced from 70 to 62.
  • FTH has a 2.5 second cooldown time.
  • Flashbang radius reduced to 1.5m.
  • Damage falloff begins at 65m, with 10 damage falloff every 10m.
  • Ammo increased to 8.

He would be worse than Bastion no cap.

Do you honestly believe this is a good balance decision?

The same thing that happens to any hero who’s primary function is to deal damage gets their damage nerfed by over 20%.

They become trash.

Flash + Headshot = 135

135 = no dead tracer
