What heroes would be best? And when I mean everything I mean EVERYTHING. I think heroes that can easily spam shots would do great. Like dva or tracer. Bap seems like he’d be good too for lamp.
Torb turret would clean up, right up until the moment Sombra decloaks and one shots the entire team by holding LMB and spinning around really quickly.

Is it like, everything is guaranteed to kill instantly? Shotgun heroes would become pretty good. Torb and Sym would be pretty good too.
Rein and Brig would become the indisputable worst heroes… but what else is new /s

Hitscan wins. Anything which can mitigate size such as invuls, smaller frames, and shields wins. Puts a greater deal of emphasis on mobility.

tracer would be instant meta no matter what circunstance. Small hitbox. fast and quick guns. In the other hand, tanks are pretty much dead. Everything with a smaller hitbox as well as hitscans are granted to win.

Usually characters with Grasp abilities do pretty well (like Sigma) since the absorption amount is infinite. Compared to shields which would break in one-hit a defense matrix or kinetic grasp would allow you to block until they run out of ammo or you break LoS.
Moira orbs are also pretty broken. Just send one in the general direction of the enemy team and it’s an instant 5k.
Genji deflect is pretty good since a single misfire could kill your whole team.
