What heroes have better epics than legendaries?

Ball and Echo I pretty much think most epics are better than most legendaries.
Reaper has a lot of good epics too
I really like Winston’s Ocean skin and Sombra’s Mirrorwatch skin as well

Ashe. While she has solid legendary skins, her base skins, both for OW1 and 2, are excellent. Her winter and snake wrangler skins are some of my favorites for her. Zarya as well, her Einherjar skin is my favorite of hers, especially considering they’ve treated legendary Zarya skins as a joke for the most part, only giving her like two solid legendaries.

Echo, Ashe and Sombra (with some exceptions). Id say most DPS have this pattern with skins.

I’d agree on Reaper.
Personally would also like to say Genji. He has some good ones, sure, but the epics are SO iconic.

Torb, wooden turret, 11/10, best skin in the game.
Junkrat, the soot covered skin.
Roadhog, the mud covered skin.

Comic Book is pretty nice, though I do love a lot of Legendaries more

I think Reaper probably has the best selection of epic skins. Grim effigy & Nebula in particular easily compete with a lot of the legendary skins in the game imo.

And just to list off a bunch of my other favorite epic skins:

  • Ramattra - Primordial
  • Junker Queen - Jötunn
  • Roadhog - Cairn & Haunted doll
  • Ashe - Snake wrangler
  • Sombra - Fantasma & Agent Colomar
  • Illari - Shadowchild

And although it’s not an epic skin, I have to mention Symmetra’s default OW2 design. It’s genuinely a top 5 skin in the whole game for me, and easily clears a lot of legendaries.

Half of Queen’s Legendaries are just bad recolors. Punker Queen is the best recolor, and it’s an epic. Jötunn is also just as good or better than any of her Legendaries.

Widow has some solid Epics, but Harlequin probably takes the cake.

Disco Lucio is another good one.

Comic Book is one of Tracer’s best OW1 skins.

Yep. Ringleader, Shiver, Wight, Imperial Guard, and Nebula are all bangers.

Ringleader is actually my favorite skin of his, but I’m biased because I just love fur hoods exactly like the one he has on that skin. They need to make more Reaper skins with large, poofy hoods like that.

Reaper has some nice epics, but they are largely bright and counter-productive for a character you are supposed to be sneakily approaching the enemy with.
