I think something like Mage would be an excellent skin if it was its own thing and not just a Witch recolor. Or just do witch mercy 2.0 since it’s the OG popular skin

She is already essentially an ice mage in gameplay, might as well make her skin that as well
I see these two working not was witches but more as magical/elemental creatures. Like torb as a rock golemn for example

Lifeweaver, Illari, Juno, and Sym are the heroes who should get Witch skins. Bap and Venture should get witch hunter skins.

None, I feel they have jumped the shark when it comes to witches.
Lots of other classic Halloween themes that can be done.
They could also do the classic overwatch heroes cosplaying as other ow heroes.
