I think it had a lot to do with COVID difficulties. Since their whole roster was Korean, the team was happy to stay in Korea during this last season but they’d probably have to move back to the US for next season (assuming the virus isn’t still ruining everything by then) and most of them just weren’t up for that. They had a lot of veterans on the roster and esports just isn’t something people do for more than a few years.

All you need is jjonak. They should clone jjonak and rename the team “JJonak”.

So now what will happen to this team?
Nobody knows. Jjonak has officially re-signed with them for the 2021 season but he’s the only person on the roster right now. I read somewhere that SBB and Libero were taking time off from pro OW. There’s plenty of talent around the league for XL to sign, though. Lots of teams are going through big restructures.
