What graphics settings I need to change to run on 244hz monitor with appropriate fps?

My graphics are maxed out at 1080P resolution with 240 fps with g-sync but it occasionally has a slow down.

I need to reduce some of the graphics quality settings but not sure which ones get good bang for your buck to stabilize my fps.

These standard tips can help resolve most Overwatch FPS drops:

• Reset Overwatch’s Video Settings (Go to Options > Video, press backspace)
• Update your graphic card driver.
• Reset your graphic card driver settings.
• In drastic cases you may need to reinstall the driver and update to the most recent driver for your card. Remember to use Display Driver Uninstaller to completely clean out your old driver. Then download the most recent NVidia or AMD for your system.

If you’re on the latest build of Windows 10, let’s make sure Fullscreen Optimization is disabled:

1. Navigate to the Overwatch install folder. (Usually in C:/Program Files (x86)/Overwatch)
2. Right click Overwatch.exe and go to Properties.
3. Go to the Compatibility tab.
4. Check Disable Fullscreen Optimization and hit Apply.
5. Do the same for OverwatchLauncher.exe.

Your mileage may vary depending on what settings you’re currently using, but I would recommend setting these options:

LOCAL FOG DETAIL - LOW
DYNAMIC REFLECTIONS - OFF
AMBIENT OCCLUSION - OFF

You can notice a difference, but these specific settings have the largest impact on performance for minimal visual change. Also make sure you have RENDER SCALE set to 100% (not automatic).
