What graphic settings should I have on with these specs?

My Specs:

Windows Version: Windows 10 Home

-i3 2120

-Geforce Gtx 980

-6gb ram

64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

depends on your monitor. If you have a 60Hz monitor, go for something that at the very least, gives you 60 fps. 144 Hz monitor? AT LEAST 144. And so on.

I think I have a 60Hz 1920x1080

then go for the minimum of 60 fps. You won’t feel that much difference if you have more than 60 fps, but make sure that even your worst possible fps never goes below 60.

This game isn’t csgo, so you can play with the highest quality and best of everything, yet still do the same as low quality. As long as you have the minimum fps required.

How bout the graphic settings?

Unless I am mistaken, the 980 is a fairly decent card. I run the 980ti and can smash out 250+ FPS but I play on all low/medium.
i3 isn’t the strongest, but unless you are going for 144+ frames it’s more than capable of dishing out your 60 frames and then some.

You should be able to get pretty much all medium/high. Try to maintain about 65 FPS (just above your Hz rate).

Jump in a custom lobby with 6v6 character models and just experiment.

But what graphic settings do I put on?

Depends what you want. I would try 100/75 render, high texture, low fog, medium texture filtering, medium shadow detail, high model detail, medium/high effect details and then leave the rest on low. Maybe bump AA to the second lowest or try ultra model detail of you are still getting well over 60 FPS. Start with that and then increase what you would prefer to prioritise if you have enough/too little frames.

Can’t say for sure until you test it.

if you’re competitive i’d use low on everything, turn anti aliasing off, limit fps to 300… max fov and whatever resolution ur screen has…

the render scale only has medium or high

You should have a range of 50-200?
First option after clicking advanced.

Ok I did that and what do I do about limit fps?

You should try Geforce experience app, realistically they have an optimize button that specifically adjust your Overwatch settings depending on your own specs.
