For me, it’s Spy x Family.
Spy x Family is too pure and wholesome that I don’t want it anywhere near Overwatch.
Plus, none of the OW characters’ personalities fit any of those SxF characters except agent Daybreak who perfectly suits as Cassidy because of the hat + facial hair + signature roll move + goofy personality.

One Piece - I hate looking at it. Far and away the ugliest art style of any massively popular work. Extremely obnoxious fanbase.

Harry Potter - Cringe series for babies
The Walking Dead - This IP needed to die like 8 years ago but keeps on going (oddly fitting). Especially when there’s a 9/10 chance the collab characters would be Daryl, who does not exist in the comics, and Carol, and someone from one of the spinoffs who also doesn’t exist in the comics. Rick Cassidy and Negan Rein could be cool though.
Gears of War - Most the newer characters suck + most characters have the same or similar outfit and shape, it’d be boring. I would permit this one if there were a General RAAMattra with an Kryll/ink grenade Vortex effect.
Dark Demon Souls of Elden Ring - I’m not really into these games so aside from the blue lady with 4 arms, the art style is just generic fantasy that leans somewhat into horror. The only other designs I can remember atm is the Onion Guy and Generic Crusader Outfit Sun-praising Guy. Most the bosses just blend together into either Fleshy Mass Guy or Big Knight.
Marvel Comics - I don’t dislike them, I just prefer DC way more, and only Fortnite can get away with major collabs with both. (ik MR means this is extra unlikely but it could happen if they end up not actually competing that much)
Assassin’s Creed - 1 would be cool but it’d probably just be giving borderline identical skins to Reaper Genji Sombra and Kiriko.
Then how will we get our Soldier: 76 Taylor Swift skin?

More non-weeb cartoon collabs like the transformers collab would be great. I’d kill for a Futurama collab.
I can’t think specifically of a particular franchise I’d not wanna see though.
