Clean air with some of the stuff Mercy/Ana uses for healing. He has real bad breathing problems. It is pretty clear from the fact he has gas mask on 24/7 and Oxygen tank next to his bed which you can see in Junkertown map.

Seems to be some “biotic gas” there’s a theme in overwatch where there’s some sort of yellow looking substance that has potent healing qualities:

  • Soldiers biotic field: glows yellow
  • Anyone hit by Ana dart: yellow orb on torso
  • Moira’s left click: yellow gas
  • Mercy’s beam: yellow colour

In Overwatch lore this is probably some sort of valuable resource, maybe there’s a comic somewhere of Roadhog robbing somewhere and stealing a massive stash biotic ampules?
