Since day one I’ve yet to see a single hero challenge at all.
Are these only for new players or am I missing something?

I think they’re going to be the challenges to unlock new heroes from previous battlepasses. So when Season 2’s battlepass comes out, you can do that challenge to unlock Kiriko.
