PW2DQT is the replay, This is getting frustrating, If I play conservatively, my team dies, if I play aggressively my team dies. Im trying my best to implement obvious stuff like using cover, high ground, placement, not being overaggressive but nothing works.
I know I switched to 3 different characters but nothing was working, regardless who I played we were getting slammed. It didnt help one of our teammate was being incredibly toxic, saying our rein sucked, our mercy was a healbot, the team was full of losers.
There is nothing you can do if your teammates are that bad. Been there and it sucks

your team was complaining that mercy was a healbot??? did actually expect mercy to dmg??? lol Battle Mercy has no place in OW2.
I’ll give it a bash;
Liked the high ground but you died to Hanzo. You got rez’d and then died immediately after getting in a very poor position. First was a headshot so whilst not great it happens and you were in a good spot, but dropping down and everything following should never have happened. Also could do with being more accurate with your shots.
Okay, so you really need to work on your aim. Since returning from spawn I’m not sure what your intent is either. Are you working the shield to give your team an advantage whilst waiting for the regroup or are you trying to get a pick on a support or just randomly shooting walls and risking another Hanzo headshot tickling him as he out ranges you? Have a plan. It doesn’t mean it can’t change midway but I’m not seeing any. Why run from the lone Hanzo in the window when you had a pocket instead of directly pushing him? Time matters. Again after the shatter goes in you aren’t sure what you should be doing so end up achieving nothing. At this stage I’d have put down my heals and tried to finish the Moira you finally engaged but you ran back - I’m not sure why - and dropped your heals very late whilst Mercy is healing you. You’ve wasted a cooldown, wasted Mercy’s time and resources and got yourself in what’s likely to be a sketchy position in the near future, whilst not really doing anything…Hanzo then rinsed you from your previously held spot.
In those two minutes there’s plenty of things you could have done. It’s not irreparably bad but I’d say that aim, plan and execution are the immediate work-ons. Play with confidence, clarity and get stuff done. S76 was a good pick in this situation as he’s pretty decent all round versus their current build and offers you multiple options and self sustain. I also don’t understand why you swapped to Genji after 2 minutes, it’s not as if you were countered.
I highly recommend turning off all the game chat. I don’t think you’ll be missing any critical info or callouts at this rank leaving you to focus on your play. Also you won’t get tilted by toxic people. I hope that offers a different perspective and some food for thought?

Mercy should damage boost, and occasionally use her pistol when its appropriate.
I’m not watching replays but if mercy is comfortably nearly double every other healer she is likely not damage boosting as much as she should and is therefore a healbot. Certain games don’t need a mercy for that specific reason, that if you need damage she is basically a two trick pony, heal or boost.
Save your mental before it’s too late, it’s not worth it man, trust me.
