Junkrat probably drinks gasoline… or oil too. Something that will help in a fiery mess when his deadman bombs get free.

Rein and Hanzo both have voicelines about Beer and Sake though. Sombra’s drink may be Mexican but it also fits her personality imo. Tequila has a reputation for sneaking up on people and Sombra is a stealth hero.
