It’s the crossplay icon. It means they are playing on console.
Console players must be grouped with a PC player to enter the PC pool.

Yes and no. It is the crossplay icon, but it means the player is on a different platform to you.
So if you’re on PC that player is on some console, if you’re on PS the person with that icon is on a different console or perhaps a PC (not 100% sure what the rules are with pc and console playing together).
