What does "enabled + boost" do for NVIDIA Reflex?

Boost- reduce input lag and system performance boost I think.

It shows an ugly white square at the left of the screen
Good for benchmarking
Bad for gameplay

FYI The new patch has added NVIDIA Reflex

reflex enabled helps lower system latency by allowing the gpu and cpu to work together, buy preparing frames to be buffered just in time for the gpu to render them thus lowing system latency. buffering is the process of the cpu preparing frames for the render queue the gpu then takes the frames in the queue and renders them for the monitor. Just put this if you have limited fps (i limit mine to 144fps), if you don’t limit fps just put “enabled!”
