If you do of course, what do you use to do it? I dont have a very power PC and I was using the GAME DVR from windows. Its ok but I wanted to know if there are better options.
I seen people talk about OBS https://obsproject.com/
You should give that a try.
If you have an Nvidia card you can record with their software. Seems to have minimal game overhead as a bonus, never noticed it slowing down my games at all.
If you have an NVidia video card you can use NVidia ShadowPlay to record stuff. It’s pretty good and has close to zero impact on your performance
@Trogodor oh my god you ninja’d me
geforce experience, because it’s just build in with drivers anyway and kinda easy to record and instantly send to youtube.
Not really I got a raden saphire 4g. Any options with radeon?
There is used to be one but AMD shut down that project :(.
If that’s the case OBS is great. Tons of customization, light and open source (if you care about it). Ah just a tip, stay away from Fraps. It’s quite famous but it’s a resource hog
Relive is the radeon capture software

will check it out! Thanks[quote=“Sieroa-1231, post:2, topic:163399, full:true”]

Great! will check it out
i use both Relive and OBS depending what i’m doing. they both good for AMD users.
That gret info! I just want to record my games so I can watch them to improve and correct my mistakes.
Elgato capture card. Literally the best for screen recording.
Blizzard client also lets you stream to your facebook pretty easily without needing to install extra software.
Setting -> streaming.
Your videos will be saved on facebook, so it doesn’t take up HD space.
If you’re a VERY SERIOUS streamer that will put ALOT of money for the best available screen recorder, then you’ll definitely get elgato capture cards.
Thanks dude, never saw that option! Will check it!
Thanks man. Not really. Im just trying to improve my gameplay but its all just for fun!
Note that you’ll have to put the capture card on a avaible pci slot
I bought Bandicam for I think like $10 and was always happy with it. Haven’t used it for a few years myself, though… might be better options out by now.
I use the default windows ALT + WIN + R (i think). Records at any fps and graphics and looks great.
The DVR is fine, but I am using the NVIDIA Geforce capture software thing, but since I am using a HDD, I can only record for 20 minutes before it stutters.
I am planning to get an SSD or a hybrid if I am lucky to snatch a deal.
